Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet patients, members, and visitors in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Registration and Scheduling: Register guests to the Wellness Center by following designated procedures and schedule appointments as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Oversee required paperwork for new member registration, update existing information, and perform related clerical duties.
- Financial Management: Execute the End of Day report and monetary reconciliation.
- Communication: Communicate with coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
The Front Desk Coordinator will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be responsible for interacting with various stakeholders, including Wellness Center personnel, nurses, therapists, patients, members, visitors, and other allied health professionals.
Requirements- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of member service experience.
- Certifications: CPR/AED certification (or must be obtained within six months of hire date).
