Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Hunterdon Healthcare. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets Patients and Visitors: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, members, and visitors, either in-person or via telephone.
  • Schedules Appointments: Efficiently manage appointment schedules, ensuring timely and accurate bookings.
  • Processes Payments and Charges: Accurately post charges and payments received, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Performs Clerical Duties: Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
