Position Summary:

Are you a people person with excellent listening skills? NCD Dental & Vision is seeking a remote Client Support Specialist to enhance our team. Your mission is straightforward:

Establish trust with members throughout their healthcare journey and enhance satisfaction by providing top-notch service, fostering relationships, and proactively ensuring member retention.

This role is entirely remote, and all employees must create a professional workspace that minimizes distractions. The position includes 2-4 weeks of paid training, and necessary equipment will be supplied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both incoming and outgoing communications with members and providers.
  • Engage with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist members with inquiries about products, current policies, modifications, and transaction processing.
  • Direct new product enrollments or changes to a licensed agent.
  • Resolve billing or service-related complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Document all member interactions in CRM software, maintaining detailed notes on each contact.
  • Continuously update knowledge of all company offerings.
  • Guide members in managing their health and selecting optimal benefit plans to maximize their health plan advantages.
  • Build rapport with members throughout their healthcare experience to enhance retention.
  • Achieve performance metrics related to call quality, member satisfaction, and adherence to schedules.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or call center roles.
  • Preferred college degree, though not mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to multitask effectively by listening, typing, and navigating various systems simultaneously.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
