Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Support Manager to join our team at Comrise. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients in hospitals, trauma centers, and other healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resources and activities to ensure customers receive the full benefit of our products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for select customers, responding to their needs and facilitating communication with our internal teams.
  • Support internal and external customers by providing information, resolving semi-complex problems, and managing order tracking and scheduling.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-related role.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, along with effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Customer-oriented and highly motivated team player with the ability to analyze complex problems and identify priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume customer service environment and technical support center operations.
  • Proficient hands-on knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge of company Healthineers service operations.
