Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with other store teams to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
