We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO in their day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, bookkeeping duties, and HR tasks.
">You will also play a crucial role in planning and coordinating events for the team, assisting with special projects, and maintaining employee personal files. Additionally, you will facilitate yearly appraisal reviews, administer health benefits, and 401K.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
- 3 years+ of office administration, HR experience
- Working knowledge and some experience with Quickbooks
- Technology savvy; able to familiarize quickly with new software applications
- Written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Goal-orientated, self-starter problem solver
Estimated salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, matching 401K.
