Job Summary

The Director of Co-Management Operations will be responsible for overseeing the alignment of OrthoIllinois' co-managed musculoskeletal services. This role will execute operational processes contributing to the financial and administrative success of all current and future co-management relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee co-management relationships as the primary representative working with hospital partners to achieve operational excellence
  • Drive the alignment of co-managed orthopedic departments with OrthoIllinois' model of providing the highest quality and efficient musculoskeletal care, inclusive of staffing ratios, roles & responsibilities, processes and workflows
  • Serve as a consultative expert for hospital leadership teams
  • Empower front-line leaders and staff to excel in alignment with OrthoIllinois' leadership philosophy by providing guidance, support, professional development, and performance management opportunities
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership on shared resource management
  • Serve as a liaison between OrthoIllinois providers and staff at partner locations
Requirements
  • High school diploma degree or equivalent, required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position and/or performing similar tasks
  • At least two years of experience managing people
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft and Google suites
Working Conditions

This role will work in a hybrid remote work and in an office/clinic setting.

Physical and Mental Demands
  • Sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
  • Requires lifting, carrying and/or moving objects in a manner consistent with most office environments (generally, no more than 10 pounds on a frequent basis and 20 pounds on an occasional basis)
