Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage client disbursements and delivery
  • Process order cancellations and corrections
  • Oversee the account opening process
  • Collaborate with the Branch Control Officer to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Resolve client service issues
  • Train and manage operational support staff
  • Act as liaison between the Branch and company infrastructure areas
  • Assist with audit preparations
  • Support client onboarding
  • Provide special support for sales force as requested by Branch Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in brokerage/financial services with some management experience
  • Series 7, 63 required; must obtain Series 9 & 10 within 6 months of employment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Able to work independently and proactively while exercising sound judgment
  • Intelligent and enthusiastic self-starter with proven ability to work closely with Financial Advisors and team members
  • High ethical standards
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to anticipate potential issues
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
