About the Role

NFP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, healthcare reform, and industry trends
