Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Becker Wright Consultants. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue through new business opportunities and growing revenue from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic initiatives and create maximum economic impact for their organization
  • Collaborate with clients to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet their needs
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and client portfolios to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues
  • Develop and implement referral programs and strategic property relations initiatives with targeted local properties, property management companies, and apartment communities/partners
  • Utilize analytical skills, industry trends, and client analysis to forecast revenue growth and make informed business decisions
  • Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships at multiple levels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience in sales or a related field
  • Strategic thinking skills, including the ability to systematically solve problems and identify customer pain points
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor communication to the customer's needs
  • Proven business development experience and a hunter mentality, including cold calling prospects
  • Ability to offer and implement creative solutions throughout the selling process
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts and responsibilities
  • Ownership mindset, with a relentless drive to achieve results and a willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to set clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives that align with business growth
  • Reliable form of transportation, with daily travel required throughout your territory
