Key Responsibilities:- Manage a lending and deposit portfolio of existing CRE banking clients.
- Develop, maintain, and cross-sell CRE banking relationships.
- Review and analyze lending opportunities, and structure and close new and existing lending opportunities.
- Participate in business development efforts, including long-term renewals within the existing portfolio.
- Partner with senior CRE Relationship Managers on larger, more complicated transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate lending or investment.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, with a thorough knowledge of Excel and the ability to perform cash flow analyses and create financial models.
- Desire to work at a high level, learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and work extended hours as necessary.
- Highly motivated, quick learner, with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
The expected annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual's skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
