Position Overview:
PagerDuty is on the lookout for a Senior Manager specializing in Strategic Alliances, dedicated to fostering and executing collaborative go-to-market (GTM) strategies with key consulting and technology partners.
This role demands a candidate with a solid history of strategic insight, relationship cultivation, and successful sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate, manage, and enhance relationships with consulting and technology partners.
2. Advocate for PagerDuty's partner value proposition through various channels including training sessions, webinars, and events.
3. Spearhead the implementation of joint GTM initiatives to generate, co-develop, and advance PagerDuty opportunities.
4. Work closely with PagerDuty's sales teams to facilitate account mapping and establish field-level connections with partners' sales and marketing teams.
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as business operations, marketing, product marketing, program management, and services.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or partner management, particularly in executing GTM initiatives that drive pipeline generation and revenue growth within a dynamic SaaS or PaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a portfolio of GSI/RSI relationships while leading cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional relationship building and management capabilities.
- Experience in establishing and scaling GTM partnerships for pipeline and revenue enhancement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
