We are looking for a highly driven and seasoned Product Brand Strategist to become part of their team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with formulating and implementing brand strategies that foster growth and elevate brand value. As a pivotal member of a startup, the Product Brand Strategist will collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to devise and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement brand strategies and marketing initiatives to meet business goals and stimulate brand expansion
  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate consumer insights to pinpoint opportunities and refine brand positioning
  • Partner with product development teams to design and introduce new offerings that align with our brand ethos and satisfy consumer demands
  • Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content development, and public relations
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms, including packaging, website, social media, and retail spaces
  • Track brand performance indicators, such as sales, market share, and customer feedback, to evaluate the success of brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to produce creative assets, media strategies, and promotional materials
  • Manage the brand budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and retail partners
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management and marketing
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within the CPG food sector
  • Proven history of developing and executing effective brand strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying brand vision and strategy to diverse audiences
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and attention to detail
  • Strong project management abilities, adept at handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, encompassing social media, SEO, and online advertising
  • Experience in a startup or small business environment is advantageous
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
