To support our ambitious growth objectives, BDO Digital is seeking a manager to join our Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team. This role will engage in projects related to EBA strategy and execution, as well as Business Transformation and Operational Excellence initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, gathering requirements, documenting processes, configuring systems, and managing the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), HCM (Human Capital Management), and other relevant business applications across various client functions such as finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy, Requirements & Selection: Collaborate in defining requirements for current and prospective EBA solutions. Document existing enterprise applications, associated business processes, and impacted user personas. Identify inefficiencies and potential enhancements, and articulate critical business requirements. Develop and present future state options for client evaluation. Understand security frameworks and best practices. Create scorecards for assessing candidate business applications and develop dashboard presentations for quantitative and qualitative evaluations. Provide functional insights to Technical Leads, Developers, and Managers, ensuring clarity and alignment with team and client expectations. Solution Functional Design: Execute functional design for business applications (ERP, HCM, CRM, etc.) to maximize business value and enhance agility while adhering to relevant requirements and constraints. Consulting: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client needs, analyze industry best practices, and play a pivotal role in proposing solutions that deliver business value and exceed client expectations. Program & Project Management: Support and oversee various aspects of business application implementations. Document and track project milestones, phases, elements, and budgets. Monitor project progress by managing risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activities. Develop user references by creating and maintaining documentation, providing help desk support, and training users. Implementation and Support: Offer functional support for EBA solutions and related technologies. Address and resolve issues, defects, and change requests. Manage system configuration tasks as directed, ensuring ongoing support during project implementations and post-go-live phases. Responsible for configuring solutions based on defined requirements. Foster a positive, learning-oriented, and client-focused attitude within the team. Travel requirements: Up to 25%, as necessary. Additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Lead and ensure the completion of key workstreams as directed by project leaders. Manage project workstreams as assigned. Mentor and develop junior and senior consultants.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree with six (6) or more years of experience in ERP systems, required; OR High School Diploma/GED with seven (7) or more years of experience in ERP systems, required.

Experience:

Minimum of six (6) years in business process analysis and/or business application experience, required. At least four (4) years of experience with ERP or CRM products, required. Client-facing consulting experience is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

One or more current business applications technology certifications are preferred.

Software Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, required. Experience with one or more ERP/CRM/HCM solutions is required, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Ceridian Dayforce, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and others. Familiarity with Smartsheet is preferred. Experience in enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation is preferred.

Additional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills. Proficient in business process analysis, design, and flow skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment.
