- Effectively utilize various systems and software, including POS, CRM, and Inventory Management Systems
- Meet individual sales and service targets through effective selling techniques and product expertise

Position Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs
- Stand for 5 to 7 hours during shifts
- Be present on the sales floor for 80% - 90% of work hours
- Work an average of 35 – 40 hours per week
- Proficient in various systems, software, and technology
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Consistently demonstrate the company's Core Values
- Prior experience in Luxury Retail is preferred
