We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Targeted Talent. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead implementation projects and drive customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience managing software implementation projects, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects by creating implementation work-plans, facilitating status calls, and providing project progress reporting.
  • Uncover, analyze, and comprehend system requirements, advising customers on solution features and configuration options.
  • Configure and customize new SchedulePro and ScheduleFlex customer instances, understanding and configuring interfaces to third-party applications.

What You'll Get

  • A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
