Customer Experience Advocate II

This is an exciting opportunity to join our AWS Customer Service team as an Executive Relations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-level customer escalations, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, and developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of internal reference pages.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of technical experience working with computer systems and technology components, as well as a strong understanding of project management principles and MS Office applications, particularly Excel. A Bachelor's degree is also preferred.
