Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:

Volt Management is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As an IT Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure the company's IT infrastructure remains current and secure.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • VMware ESXi / VCenter knowledge.
  • Windows Server knowledge.
  • Cisco networking knowledge.
  • CITRIX; MS Remote Access.
