Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist
Job Summary:
Volt Management is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As an IT Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the IT and Telecommunications infrastructure for multiple departments, ensuring the utilization of hardware, software, and communication systems are consistent with our company's global IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the IT and Telecommunications infrastructure for multiple departments
- Ensure the utilization of hardware, software, and communication systems are consistent with our company's global IT strategy
- Work closely with IT services, including design, operations, and service desk to meet agreed service levels
- Maintain the relationship between IT and the business to become a recognized and valued partner for the delivery of IT services
- Independently complete diverse tasks of the job and apply and enhance knowledge and skills in areas such as good communication skills, IP networking administration and services, security and compliance tools, and active directory and GPO design and support
Requirements:
- College/University degree in a related field or experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within IT helpdesk environment
- Previous experience in supporting clients, servers, communication equipment (preferably Cisco)
- VMware ESXi / VCenter knowledge
- Windows Server knowledge
- Cisco networking knowledge
- CITRIX; MS Remote Access
Benefits:
