About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at HID Global. As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's success by managing our exempt employee bi-weekly payroll, reviewing quarterly and annual tax information with ADP, and working closely with HR and our parent company on reporting as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the exempt employee bi-weekly payroll
  • Review quarterly and annual tax information with ADP
  • Work closely with HR and our parent company on reporting as needed
  • Owning the EDCP and HSA process
  • Owning the payroll process for Canadian employees, including preparing journal entries for entry
  • Creating and uploading intercompany payroll expense into Oracle
  • Assisting with the integration of acquisitions
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll and tax laws
  • 5+ years working in a fast-paced multi-state payroll environment
  • Basic accounting knowledge
