  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily tasks, including key card creation, package logging, check-in and check-out procedures, and coffee station maintenance.
  • Develop Positive Relationships: Foster strong relationships with residents, clients, and colleagues, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Represent AVE's Luxury Lifestyle: Assist with sales efforts by greeting prospects with a smile and serving as a point of contact for VIP corporate clients.
Requirements:
  • Face-to-Face Customer Service Experience: Must have prior experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Hospitality or Related Industry Experience: Strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with residents, clients, and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.
  • Industry Systems and Programs: Familiarity with industry systems and programs, such as Yardi and/or Oscar, is a plus.

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $18-$23/hour, with individual compensation decisions based on experience, qualifications, education, and location.
  • Bonus Potential: Additional bonus potential paid out on a monthly and/or quarterly basis.
