Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Retail Wireless team at DISH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing performance across our assigned territory of Boost Mobile stores, working closely with retail store owners to ensure compliance and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coaching and Training: Provide coaching and training to sales representatives through role plays and side-by-side selling to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Marketing Campaigns: Inspect and drive marketing campaigns at retail stores to ensure they are effectively promoting our products and services.
- Performance Management: Make daily calls to stores to drive performance and resolve customer escalations, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Brand Standards: Ensure that Boost brand standards and accountability are maintained in all stores within the territory.
- New Business Development: Identify new retail distribution points using local knowledge and real estate contacts to expand our reach and increase sales.
- Product Knowledge: Implement plans to exceed sales quotas and maintain expert product knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree plus four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school.
- Sales and Account Management Experience: Four years of sales and/or account management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Training and Relationship Development: Three years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management experience.
- Wireless Sales Experience: Two years of selling wireless products or services.
- Language: Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license, three years of active driving history, and compliance with DISH's Driver Safety Policy.
