**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

**Location:** Hybrid (Work from home and on-site as needed)

**Schedule:** Friday to Monday (Full-time)

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a customer-centric attitude and excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and manage dispatch operations effectively. This position is ideal for self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and are available to work on weekends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information with professionalism and courtesy.

Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate dispatch operations by assigning tasks to field personnel based on priority, location, and availability.

Monitor service requests and track progress via our dispatch software, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch activities in the system.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service operations.

Provide proactive solutions, answer questions, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage customer feedback and escalate concerns to appropriate management when necessary.

Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members as needed.

**Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to customer service or dispatching are a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.

Proficient in using computer systems, dispatch software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
