Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispensary Associate to join our team at iAnthus Capital Management. As a key member of our patient-centric team, you will be responsible for assisting in all daily operations of our dispensary, maintaining compliance with state and local laws and regulations, and providing exceptional patient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Services: Engage and educate patients in a positive manner, ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete, and assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program.
  • Compliance and Operations: Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations, perform general office work, and provide Dispensary General and Assistant Managers with patient feedback on a timely basis.
  • Training and Development: Ensure that all patients are greeted with a helpful, pleasant, and compassionate attitude, and participate in quarterly team meetings to review and update patient educational materials.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
