As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations to potential clients and serving as the technical authority on our offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, a proactive approach, and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
In this role, you will navigate a dynamic technical landscape and address complex challenges.The successful candidate will excel in understanding client needs during presentations and effectively convey the value proposition of the Reputation brand.
The right individual will combine business acumen with technical expertise, possessing a visionary outlook and the motivation to realize that vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide necessary support.
2. Prepare and present technical demonstrations that showcase the product platform to prospective clients.
3. Analyze cost-benefit scenarios to identify potential enhancements in customer environments.
4. Secure customer buy-in by illustrating operational efficiencies and cost savings.
5. Enhance sales engineering effectiveness by identifying challenges and collaborating with global teams to elevate performance.
7. Set and meet sales objectives and targets.
8. Provide insights and recommendations, demonstrating effective presentation skills to executive-level audiences.
9. Exhibit strong communication and leadership capabilities.
10. Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 7 years in a pre-sales technical capacity, ideally within a SaaS context.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3. Familiarity with Google Marketing and Facebook APIs is advantageous.
4. Experience in retail, financial services, or healthcare is highly preferred.
5. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau.
6. Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS is essential.
7. Proficient in using APIs to demonstrate results through tools like Postman.
8. Comfortable discussing Single Sign-On (SSO) and potential third-party integrations.
