Job Description

As a Car Rental Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service to our clients. This includes answering inquiries, resolving disputes, and adjusting issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, handling returns, and ensuring that all interactions with customers are positive and memorable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should have a passion for customer service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as at least 2 years of customer service experience. Additionally, you must be able to drive a vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
