As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing and developing an assigned territory, calling on surgeons in their offices and in hospital operating room settings, and working with surgeons to demonstrate product and prepare quotations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR directors, and managers
- Present and demonstrate Medline's medical devices and surgical products
- Prepare and deliver quotations for product
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and full-line sales people
- Prepare and maintain a territory plan
- Stay up-to-date on new products and technologies to present to surgeons and explain the medical and fiscal benefits
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience
- Or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site

The anticipated salary range for this position is $0.00 - $0.00 Annual. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
