Executive Leader for Operations and Finance

Job Description:
The General Manager provides executive leadership to ensure the business unit achieves or exceeds its established operational and financial measures. This role determines the overall objectives of the business, formulates plans and policies, and allocates resources for the achievement of business unit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the P&L and all major site functions, including operations, finance, sales, human resources, quality, and engineering.
- Develops and implements process improvements, cost controls, quality monitoring, and customer service optimization.
- Prepares timely and comprehensive reports, including analysis of financial data, statements, and audits.
- Presents information as required and performs tactical and strategic planning consistent with Division and Corporate objectives.
- Coordinates with corporate and divisional staff to identify growth opportunities and develops management resources necessary to direct major business functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering from an accredited institution; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of operations experience in a highly focused, metric-driven organization with a revenue of 200+ million.
- 5+ years P&L experience, including sales and marketing leadership highly preferred.
- 2+ years of General Manager experience overseeing functional leaders.
- 10+ years in Aerospace Manufacturing; Forgings experience a plus.
