Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy to identify and evaluate candidates, ensuring they meet our qualifications and can support the growth of our recruiting efforts.
  • Manage the hiring process by providing recommendations, coordinating interview schedules, keeping all stakeholders updated, and following up with candidates who are not selected.
  • Advertise job openings across major job boards to attract a consistent flow of qualified applicants.
  • Ensure all candidate documentation is securely stored and managed to maintain confidentiality while keeping information easily accessible.
  • Proactively seek out new agents in the region and recruit them through various communication methods to support our business growth.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
