Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Property Manager to join our team at Northwest Real Estate Capital Corporation. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our apartment community and building(s).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring a positive living experience.
  • Manage the leasing process from initial application to move-in, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Collect rent and other income, and properly deposit and record receipts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and deliver notices to residents, including lease violations, termination, inspection, work order, etc.
  • Collaborate with site team and residents to create a healthy community, facilitate on-site communication, and monitor property goals.
  • Enforce agency regulations, lease terms, and house rules, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Recruit and oversee maintenance staff, ensuring timely completion of unit turns and accurate logging of timecards.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, office management, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel for training opportunities and attend periodic training events out of town.
