Job Summary:
Master Halco, a leading manufacturer and distributor of fencing, perimeter security, and outdoor living products, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Professional to drive sales performance and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales activities to maximize sales growth, margin targets, market share, and overall company objectives
- Develop strong business relationships through face-to-face sales calls and relationship-building activities
- Cultivate customers in new areas of business and determine what motivates each customer to purchase
- Implement and execute sales growth strategies consistent with the company's strategic plans
- Work with Branch Manager to develop and execute sales growth strategies
Requirements:
- Associate degree or work equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry and home center/hardware stores
- Ability to use software to create presentations, word documents, and spreadsheets
- Valid Driver's License
