Job Summary:

Master Halco, a leading manufacturer and distributor of fencing, perimeter security, and outdoor living products, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Professional to drive sales performance and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales activities to maximize sales growth, margin targets, market share, and overall company objectives
  • Develop strong business relationships through face-to-face sales calls and relationship-building activities
  • Cultivate customers in new areas of business and determine what motivates each customer to purchase
  • Implement and execute sales growth strategies consistent with the company's strategic plans
  • Work with Branch Manager to develop and execute sales growth strategies

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or work equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry and home center/hardware stores
  • Ability to use software to create presentations, word documents, and spreadsheets
  • Valid Driver's License
