Job Summary

The Customer Service Manager at Binny's Beverage Depot is responsible for leading the customer service team and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer service team and provide guidance and support to staff members
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
  • Provide training and coaching to staff members to improve their customer service skills
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
  • Assist with the hiring process and ensure that all new hires are properly trained
  • Manage the store's inventory and ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
