We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Life Fitness. As a key member of our Customer Service and Support (CSS) Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our domestic and international customers.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Management, Field Service, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Process customer requests, including part orders and warranty claims, using our Oracle system.
- Monitor and resolve open order reports and back order issues using Oracle Business Intelligence.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or call center environment.
- Technical experience in repairs and/or help-desk support in diagnosing repairs of electro-mechanical equipment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- High level of detail orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle is preferred.
