* Promptly answer calls in less than 3 rings and only 2 minutes in the queue.
* Respond to customer inquiries.
* Create work orders.

**Requirements**

* Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center environment is preferred. Willing to train.
* All applicants must pass a background check.
* Spanish is a plus.
