Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your role will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitating all origin agent transitions and collaborating with agents, clients, and the Berger team to efficiently plan and oversee shipments.
  2. Managing all incoming shipments and coordinating with agents, clients, and the Berger team to arrange deliveries and debris collections.
  3. Generating comprehensive and precise information regarding service needs to support accurate estimates.
  4. Providing reliable information and assistance to both internal and external clients, in conjunction with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Coordinators.
  5. Tracking and monitoring all pending and will-advise orders, including documenting details about scheduling, cancellations, and inactive orders.
  6. Ensuring all packing jobs are scheduled with estimated times of arrival communicated to clients and coordinators promptly.
  7. Verifying that all warehouse storage revenue is captured and collaborating closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  8. Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, making quality, time-sensitive decisions.
