RFID Hotel, a segment of Avery Products Corporation, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will interact with clients and colleagues through various communication channels to ensure a smooth customer journey throughout the order lifecycle, enhancing client relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional communication via email and phone for service-related inquiries and issues, including technical troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in the Netsuite ERP system, covering order processing, communication logs, and contact updates.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collect customer feedback and report or escalate product or service concerns as necessary.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while remaining responsive to both customer and team needs.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and seek opportunities to engage with customers, adding value throughout their journey.

Qualifications for Success

  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent.
