Client Support Specialist

NTT DATA Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional phone support to policyholders, agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction while adhering to service benchmarks.
- Manage a daily volume of approximately 75 to 100 calls.
- Effectively communicate with clients to resolve inquiries.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the insurance sector and its offerings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to tackle service challenges.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting.
- Proficient in using computers with Windows-based applications.
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
