As a key member of our marketing team, the Marketing Director will be responsible for establishing and maintaining brand positioning and building brand equity. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the college's mission and goals
Collaborate with the marketing team to track social media, email, and digital advertising campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools as appropriate
Work with leadership to identify and implement the most compelling ad imagery & copy, home page & landing page features, and space allocation
Maintain consistent content, data, and branding across all online marketing
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 4 years experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and technical marketing
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords), Wordpress, and CRM systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively and write for various platforms both long and short form
