About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Promote Project. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and growth by ensuring that our customers are engaged and leveraging the full value of our solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a wide range of tactical account responsibilities, including issue tracking, data analysis, meeting coordination, and business review preparation.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers' needs and contribute to planned and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to drive successful renewals and contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at continuously improving our approach to customer success.
  • Be the voice of the customer and partner with cross-functional teams to provide visibility on customer issues and feedback across internal teams.
  • Oversee multiple customer projects throughout the lifecycle, including expansions, implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of client-facing customer success/customer service experience.
  • General knowledge of software applications, such as Salesforce and Google Apps.
  • Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Acute attention to detail, with the ability to track high-volume tactical program elements across multiple customers.
  • Flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
