Position Summary

At Indigo Real Estate, we recognize that the success of our properties is largely attributed to the capabilities of our team members. We are currently in search of a Maintenance Supervisor who is dedicated to exceptional customer service and is motivated to achieve excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of the property’s physical condition and aesthetic appeal.
  • Coordinate and manage all maintenance operations, ensuring timely service requests and effective inventory management.
  • Ensure all service requests are addressed promptly on a daily basis.
  • Develop and manage an efficient on-call schedule for emergency maintenance.
  • Lead the inspection and preparation of vacated units to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Negotiate with vendors and contractors to obtain competitive bids.
  • Maintain all contracts and warranties, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Provide ongoing training and leadership to the maintenance team.
  • Experience with high-rise or mid-rise residential buildings is preferred.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Effective conflict resolution and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in prioritizing multiple requests and responding appropriately.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi, is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
