Job Title: Operations Supervisor

McGee Air Services, an Alaska Airlines company, is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at SEA.

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of Station Agents, including scheduling, training, attendance, discipline, and performance appraisal. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to foster a culture of safety and high-performance operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Station Agents to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and safety
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Investigate and report delays and irregular flight activity to identify solutions for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

  • 6 months of airline experience in station operations, with a focus on passenger service, cargo handling, fleet service, or ground operations
  • Proven leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct a diverse workgroup
  • Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
