Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering and Technical Services team, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building system operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting building systems to ensure equipment operation is within design capabilities
  • Coordinating and inspecting work performed by outside contractors
  • Performing assigned repairs and emergency and preventive maintenance
  • Maintaining an energy management program to ensure efficient system operation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or trade school training
  • Universal CFC certification is preferred
  • Additional certification in one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair
