Compensation Range:
$19.48 - $27.68

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome patients warmly and maintain eye contact to provide outstanding customer service.
2. Answer incoming calls and assist all patients and customers effectively.
3. Collect and input demographic data into the electronic health record system.
4. Inform clinical staff about patient delays and cancellations promptly.
5. Manage cash transactions accurately and ensure proper application to patient accounts.
6. Reconcile cash at the end of each day for deposit purposes.
7. Prepare and maintain precise medical documentation.
8. Utilize computer systems proficiently to manage and communicate patient health records.
9. Register patients efficiently.
10. Conduct intake procedures while respecting patient privacy and rights.
11. Respond positively and helpfully to inquiries from patients.
12. Engage with patients in the waiting area to keep them informed about any delays.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree preferred.
