Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to lead our Spirit Halloween stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations across multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales, payroll, and employee relations across 3 stores
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Implement effective expense control and shrink reduction strategies
  • Oversee the construction, opening, operating, and closing/tear down of Spirit stores
Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for over 8 hours, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
