Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Packaging Consultant to join our team. As a Packaging Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers bring their products to market with innovative packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads through research, networking, and prospecting
  • Develop and execute sales initiatives to grow sales and profitability within accounts
  • Assist clients in establishing sustainable packaging supply chains
  • Understand complex customer requirements and prepare packaging solutions and quotes
  • Manage customer projects across various industries, including Food, Technology, Healthcare, Automotive, and Industrial
  • Educate clients on the latest packaging innovations and trends
  • Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements
  • Packaging experience preferred, but not required
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college, with continuing education and/or training required
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales/business development
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
