  • Engage with clients on SharePoint projects, which may encompass requirements gathering, use case development, solution design, and project oversight.
  • Provide assistance to clients regarding SharePoint sites and collections, addressing inquiries, training business administrators, and recommending process enhancements.
  • Conduct general troubleshooting for SharePoint user issues and work closely with SharePoint engineers to resolve platform-related challenges.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Experience:
  • Experience as a site collection administrator, including managing content structure, metadata, and security permissions.
  • Proficiency in search configuration, result sources, and query rules.
  • Familiarity with standard team, project, and publishing site components and their configurations.
  • Knowledge of master pages, page layouts, and custom design packages is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Understanding of document management principles, including content types and retention policies.
  • Ability to analyze SharePoint logs for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer workflows.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle and Change Control processes.
  • Experience with ASP.NET and Web Services is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

This position is expected to be a contract role with potential for extension. The compensation will be commensurate with experience, particularly for candidates with a minimum of 3 years in Microsoft SharePoint administration, focusing on front-end management and user interaction.
