About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Setup Specialist to join our team at Sprague. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of customer and terminal data.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and time management abilities. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate and efficient data flow through our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary customer setup communication liaison, requesting additional documentation or following up with internal contacts to ensure customers are set up correctly and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer account data and record and track customer inquiries within the appropriate system(s).
  • Perform data cleanup tasks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data.
  • Maintain customer management and terminal automation software systems to support their proper daily operation.
  • Directly or indirectly reconcile complex issues or problems and answer inquiries about customer data and terminal systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years' experience in data analysis or customer support role.
  • Effective time management, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a hybrid team as well as individually using available resources.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and rectify data errors and inconsistencies.
  • Ability to work well with others, organize workload, perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
