Benefits and Payroll Coordinator

InMotion US/Zapi Inc seeks an experienced Benefits and Payroll Coordinator to oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and benefits administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
This role involves managing payroll deductions, plan enrollments, reimbursements, leave of absence, and preparing reports while working closely with outside benefit vendors. To excel in this position, you should be well-versed in benefits regulations and laws, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities- Administer Health Insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and laws.
- Communicate benefit information and regulations to employees.
- Resolve employee benefits issues and inquiries.
- Evaluate and improve benefit programs.
- New employee onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, including EEO1, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and COBRA.
- Maintain effective record-keeping.
- Coordinate daily processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims.
- Resolve benefit-related issues.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely employer contributions and payroll deductions.
- Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local governments.
- Prepare and review Weekly/Biweekly payroll changes.
- Weekly timecard review and approval.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years' experience in HR.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
