HR Administrator for Employee Programs

The HR Administrator for Employee Programs is responsible for managing the employee compensation and benefits program at InMotion US/Zapi Inc. This includes administering payroll deductions, plan enrollments, reimbursements, leave of absence, and preparing reports while working closely with outside benefit vendors.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You should also be able to maintain meticulous records and collaborate effectively with others.
Main Responsibilities- Manage Health Insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and laws.
- Communicate benefit information and regulations to employees.
- Resolve employee benefits issues and inquiries.
- Evaluate and improve benefit programs.
- New employee onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, including EEO1, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and COBRA.
- Maintain effective record-keeping.
- Coordinate daily processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims.
- Resolve benefit-related issues.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely employer contributions and payroll deductions.
- Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local governments.
- Prepare and review Weekly/Biweekly payroll changes.
- Weekly timecard review and approval.
- Process improvement and analytical skills required.
- Demonstrate a high degree of creativity and initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within defined time.
- Project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
