Role Responsibilities:

The Room Attendant is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of guest accommodations and common areas. This role requires a friendly and proactive approach to fulfilling guest requests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. The ideal candidate will embody our "ONE TEAM. ONE VISION." philosophy and contribute innovative ideas to uphold our reputation as a leading hotel company.

Key Duties Include:

  • Upholding the standards of Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. and specific property brand guidelines.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces, promptly reporting any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
  • Meticulously making beds with fresh linens, disposing of trash, and cleaning mirrors, shelves, and furniture.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in hallways and performing deep cleaning in designated rooms.
  • Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, including scrubbing sinks, tubs, toilets, and floors.
  • Disinfecting surfaces and replenishing room supplies such as toiletries and linens.
  • Vacuuming guest rooms and hallways to ensure a tidy environment.
  • Communicating with the Executive Housekeeper regarding room status and any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Understanding fire safety and evacuation protocols.
  • Safeguarding the security of guests, fellow associates, and hotel property.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management to enhance hotel operations and guest services.
  • Keeping confidential company information secure, including financial details and associate matters.
